How
One-on-one or small group private yoga sessions are available with Harper. Harper utilises various traditional and modern yoga methods with her clients. Each private yoga session will include pranayama (breath work), meditation, asana (movement) practice, relaxation, and/or any other specially designed techniques employed by Harper and consulted with student(s). Each session is custom planned by Harper with consultation from students to fit every age group and circumstance. Through previous training, Harper is able to work with all body types and described challenges. Harper does not prescribe a solution for challenges but work with them as part of the student, maintaining the principle that every student is perfect and whole as they are. Sessions are to help the student and teacher explore unlimited potentials to heal and optimize all aspects of Self.

Benefits
There are various benefits to consider when looking into private yoga sessions:
- Private/semi private yoga sessions VS group yoga classes - Group yoga classes are a great to help maintain a regular practice, however, the student may have questions or challenges that are not addressed in a regular hour or hour and half class.
- Custom tailored session to fit the student - Private yoga sessions are custom tailored by the teacher with the student to ensure the best use of time together, to provide progress in the journey of healing. While it is constant work to surrender the ego or presumptions in a group yoga class to do whatever the teacher has planned or perhaps the teacher considers a request, the entire private yoga session is dedicated to and for the student.
- Special needs or challenges - Everyone has personal needs and challenges that are important to address, private yoga sessions allow time and space to work on these needs and challenges specifically. No need or challenge is considered too small or irrelevant for the teacher and student, and no need or challenge is too large or too hard to heal.
